Therapy to help you feel more connected to yourself – and others.
Understanding the patterns that keep you stuck.
You may know that something in your life or relationships isn’t working, but feel unsure how to change it.
Maybe you keep finding yourself in relationships that leave you feeling anxious, depleted, or questioning yourself. You may be recovering from a toxic or narcissistic relationship, carrying the effects of past trauma, or noticing patterns that seem to follow you no matter how much you understand where they come from.
Therapy can be a place to understand those patterns — and begin doing something differently.
A space to feel understood and supported in making real change.
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and direct. I want you to feel safe enough to be honest about what you’re experiencing, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
And while therapy should absolutely give you space to vent, process, and feel heard, I also believe meaningful change takes work.
I’ll be present and engaged in the process with you — offering perspective, asking questions, providing guidance, and helping you develop practical tools you can use outside of our sessions. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more empowered in your choices and more confident navigating your life and relationships.
